I recently sold my condo and bought a new condo. We had several meetings to make a strategy on how we can move forward smoothly selling and buying. He has high professionalism and easy working together. He explained the Vancouver market, so I agree he is #1 Realtor in this market, not only showing the advertisement. He knows market trends well and prepares huge assets transactions for selling and buying. I was very impressed with his service and taking care of the client's needs and expectations. I can't find the word for giving him my appreciation. He treats me not as a client, I feel he is my brother. Thank you Ben, My Brother !

Used Ben to buy my first home. As luck had it, the very first place I looked at ticked all my boxes. Ben took a look at the place and thought about the competition. He licked a finger and stuck it into the air to feel what the prevailing market winds were and said "we should offer this much". I went subject free and it turns out he was bang on- we were the second highest offer but we won the place because top offer had a subject. Good and smooth experience- very responsive.
