Used Ben to buy my first home. As luck had it, the very first place I looked at ticked all my boxes. Ben took a look at the place and thought about the competition. He licked a finger and stuck it into the air to feel what the prevailing market winds were and said "we should offer this much". I went subject free and it turns out he was bang on- we were the second highest offer but we won the place because top offer had a subject. Good and smooth experience- very responsive.
