I used Ben to purchase my first place. I've been looking for a while at the time and he was consistent the whole time sending me listings until we found the perfect place. I would use Ben again and recommend him to everyone looking for a great realtor.

Ben was professional and quick to act in listing our house and executing the marketing plan. The brochure hard copy and digital information drew instant interest and resulted in a line up at our open house. Ben was available and attentive in stick handling an offer that was contingent on a home inspection. We felt that the exposure our home received from listing with Ben and the offer we ultimately got were a result of his due diligence, competence and over all knowledge of the industry.
