<p>Battista sold my first house in July 2016 and sold it in 42 days.<br /> No problems came in this sell. The house was two bedroom one bathroom main floor house and two rooms downstairs.<br /> I thought it was going to be a difficult sell but wasn't<br /> Nice work!</p>

I thought this would be a problem, but it sold this summer.<br /> It was listed in the spring.<br /> So time wise it was sold fast<br /> Great job !</p>

He did explain everything to me quite throughly and in a understandable manner.</p> <p>He works tirelessly and religiously, as this is something he absolutely loves to do. He would always follow up with a phonecall first or a text message, if something had come up. Because of him, I was able to get my first ever home for the price that was really close to my counter.</p> <p>My overall experience with him was genuinely great. To this day, he calIs me to follow up on my wellbeing and of my home. Whenever I will sell and buy a new home in the future, I'll be calling Battista for his assistance and expertise again.</p>
