Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Asheton. I'll start by saying that his knowledge of the market and strategic thinking helped us sell our home for a price we didn't even realize we could get! But he did this, always, without any pressure or stress, always making us feel in control but supported to the fullest. He was always available, a clear communicator, and absolutely reliable. On top of this, Asheton just has a really great energy which made the entire selling experience more enjoyable than stressful. I'm very grateful for his support and will continue to recommend Asheton to anyone and everyone! Asheton has been our agent now on two purchases and one sale. We have referred him to three others who have also been extremely happy with Asheton's support.

Asheton is an excellent communicator that provides his clients with knowledgeable personalized service. In our real estate transactions he was quick to respond, considerate of our needs, well versed in his delivery of essential information and used his many years of experience to provide us with a quick, low stress sale of our property. Besides his kind and gracious demeanour, my favourite part of working with Asheton was that he would email us short videos where he screen shared local competing properties, statistics, and tangible concise recommendations. We’ve worked with Asheton on multiple transactions, and would give him 6 stars, if possible!

We found Asheton by looking at who sold houses closest to list price in our area, and seeing all his positive reviews. We are so happy with our decision to go with Asheton! He was very in tune with the market; giving us advice on similar properties and pricing strategies as the market slumped. He contacted every agent going through the house to get their feedback from potential buyers so we knew what was holding us back from selling. We wound up repainting the house to sell after hearing buyers found the property too dark. We relisted and quickly got into a competitive offer situation. This might not have happened if Asheton hadn't provided realtime feedback from potential buyers. Thanks to Asheton, we covered the investment we put into the house in a downward market.
