He was very in tune with the market; giving us advice on similar properties and pricing strategies as the market slumped. He contacted every agent going through the house to get their feedback from potential buyers so we knew what was holding us back from selling. We wound up repainting the house to sell after hearing buyers found the property too dark. We relisted and quickly got into a competitive offer situation. This might not have happened if Asheton hadn't provided realtime feedback from potential buyers. Thanks to Asheton, we covered the investment we put into the house in a downward market.
