We are in the process of downsizing. We are selling our home which is becoming too big for us. we have stayed at the current house for over 17 years. Buying and selling was not something we do often. Asheton was able to guide us through the many steps on how to prepare. the steps were very methodical and easy to follow. While this doesn't mean you don't have to do anything. It mean if you follow the guidelines, good results is very easy to achieve. At the very beginning of listing. We were very intimidated in the current market situation. But Asheton was very understanding and did not push us; But rather guide us. The fear was being homeless and not able to find a home felt really real. about 3 weeks later, Magician is our nickname for Asheton. He was able to sell our home more than originally anticipated and help us find a home in this hostile market which is very hard to find a home; let alone a desirable one. In the end; we were able to find a home at a location better than we can imagine. I would highly recommend Asheton and would definitely use him again when we are ready to find our rental property.

We first met Asheton when we were viewing one of the properties he we selling, prior to getting an agent ourselves. He took the time to go over more information about how to sell and buy a house as we were new to the whole process. He allowed us space to look around the house independently and was very open and pleasant. We then contacted him to ask if he would assist us in our house sale and house search/purchase. Along the way, he has always been available to answer questions and provide advice. Due to our tight timelines, he was highly active booking showings for us and going to bay for us during the sale of our house. We really appreciate his professionalism with a large dash of a sense of humour! It made this process enjoyable and surprisingly less stressful than it could have been! Thanks Asheton :)
