Asheton was an exemplary agent to work with. He was always professional, but still managed to show a sense of humour and patience with the trying times and market conditions in which our search was conducted. He made sure that I was aware of any issues with the properties that we looked at (and proved correct every time I decided I had to see for myself!). He put in extra effort to ensure get to know me, so that the property I purchased suited me perfectly. I highly recommend Asheton as a real estate agent = 10/10.

Asheton was extremely friendly and responsive to any questions that we had. We were impressed with his efficiency in showing our house, making the experience very pleasant considering we had 20+ showings in 2 days!

Asheton was the key to us purchasing our dream home. The market is crazy competitive and even amongst multiple bids he was able to “win” us the house. Even though we were not the highest offer. His availability to what I needed and on my time eased my search. When frustration set in with nit getting few of the homes I looked at, Asheton reassured me I would fine my home. During the holiday season when many took time off to celebrate Christmas, Asheton was still working g hard and found my forever home.
