Asheton was covering for our main realtor when we met him, and I was SO impressed with him. Not only did he hit the ground running with us, it was a smooth transition. We had seen over 80 houses when Asheton came in, and we were at the stage where we were making offers. He was super patient with us with all of our questions as first time buyers in Alberta - and completely new to the province as well, so while we didn't need to go through the process of neighbourhood reviews with him, he was still instrumental in recommending service providers, house inspections etc. We had two offer processes to go through with him - one which was very difficult as there were issues on the seller side and ended up falling through, and (our dream house!) which we finalized quickly, professionally and without any issues. We were very happy with the final numbers, and are very grateful that our original realtor, Ariel Buenaventura, was able to recommend such a great realtor to cover for him!
