Asheton went above and beyond to help me with the sale of my house! From our first meeting, until after the sale of the house he put in 110% through the entire process. I was so impressed to see the amount of hours of research he did prior to listing my house, comparing all house sales within the same price range within a certain radius from my house, and comparing all details pertaining to each sale. He definitely took the time to do the research, and it paid off! Had an offer within 3 days on the market, despite the challenges of COVID, a market downturn, etc. Asheton was always available to answer all my questions, and he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced! I trusted his decision making fully, and his professionalism was exemplary!! I would recommend Asheton to all my friends and family! I couldn’t have done it without him!!

Asheton was an amazing support in helping us find a perfect home for our special needs son. He was very thoughtful and understanding of our needs in selecting an ideal location. He even had a special gift taylor made to our son's unique interests to welcome him into his new home. I would highly recommend him for highly attentive personalised service, always with a smile.

Ashton was extremely helpful with any questions We had and ways forward that need to be discussed. He was patient with us when we had busy schedules or uncertain on things. We had some stressful road blocks that we got through because of Ashton’s positivity, resourcefulness and Calmness. He provided good contacts that were helpful for all the extra tasks of buying a house. All things sites like purple brick would not do.
