Asheton is one of the best communicators I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He was my agent for the sale of two homes that had many challenges through out the sales process and he kept me updated at every turn. If you are looking for someone accountable who understands the importance of great and constant communication with their clients then look no further. Asheton was extremly resourcefull when I was met with multiple problems during the sale of both houses. I am so grateful he was there to provide information and solutions that ultimately ended in the successful sale of both houses during the peak of the COVID shut down.

<p>We started the process of selling our home in the summer of 2019. We were using a different realtor at the time that was below our expectations and we had a very negative experience. We decided to change realtors and were extremely skeptical and stressed after being on the market for almost a year. We met Asheton and had a quick meet and greet to see if he would be a good match. My husband and I were instantly sold. Asheton was charismatic, charming, personable, down to earth and knew his stuff. We trusted our gut and it paid off. Over the next seven months or so nothing changed in the market or our area, however our experience did. Asheton did weekly videos to explain what was going on in our area. He was available whenever we needed him and always reached out to see how we were doing. Asheton also got to know us, what we valued and ensured that he adapted to our needs. He has a great sense of humor and allowed me to vent when I was frustrated with the market. Hands down best realtor I have encountered in YYC. We finally sold and it was because Asheton always followed up with the showings, collected all the feedback and did his research. I wasn't going to use a realtor for our purchase, however there was no way I wasn't going to use Asheton! Big thank you to him for his hard work and his dedication. Asheton is a 6 star!</p>

Asheton pulled out all the stops when we put our house on the market. In the end it sold in no time and for more than we expected to get for it. We've been really happy with Asheton in all of our real estate transactions to date and he did a great job.

We asked for his services to sell and buy in these were difficult time of COVID, Asheton was very attentive to make sure we were comfortable he was very accommodating for all the safety precaution and he made enough time for us to be able to find the proper place for my elderly mother. Asheton was knowledgeable and very professional and his dedication to find the right place made possible to get into a new place in 2 weeks. Asheton was awesome. He narrowed down my searches very quickly to what I had asked for and showed me very comparable places within my budget and desired locations. I was a little worried with COVID making things so difficult these days but he was quick to answer any questions and was very accommodating for all the safety precautions needed to make the experience easy and flawless. This was my first home ever purchased and I can't believe how easy it was. Once we narrowed down the house I wanted, he guided me through the whole offer process and put together some great strategy plans to get me the best price possible. Communication was excellent and he made himself available at all times of the day and even on weekends. All and all a great experience, would recommend Asheton to any of my friends and family.
