From our initial meeting with Anita Van Rootselaar, we immediately felt comfortable with her. It had been a number of years since we sold our previous home, so she took the time to explain the current housing market, and provided her honest feedback on the value of our property, which was based on the condition of our home, and the sales of comparable homes in our area. After our discussions, we felt confident that she could give us the help and attention that we needed to sell our home quickly. Finding a Realtor that you can trust is one thing, but Anita gave us so much more than that. She never made any promises that she couldn't keep -- she was open and honest about what she could and couldn't do for us. She set her expectations up front, and gave us the flexibility that we needed to make our own decisions, or arrive at decisions together when the situation called for it. She was responsive and returned phone calls and email communication in a timely manner - even when she was away on a family vacation in Florida. Anita kept us in the loop about all matters pertaining to the sale of our home, and she put our interests above her own. Never once did she 'drop the ball' on us. In fact, she was passionate about helping us and was always on the ball, calling to remind us of upcoming deadlines, and following up on leads that we believed may have lead to a sale. We spent about a week and a half getting our house ready to sell. Anita was patient through this whole time, and offered encouragement and advice when it was needed. The For Sale sign went up on the front lawn, and we received our first offer 4 days later, at our listing price! We were thrilled, and two months later, we moved into our dream home!!!
