We had the privilege of working with Anita while trying to purchase our first home in a very competitive buyer’s market. When we did purchase, there were multiple offers and it was at the very beginning of COVID restrictions, which added to the stresses and unknowns of purchasing our first home. Through it all, we were very grateful for how Anita went above and beyond to make it less stressful for us. She attentively listened to what our needs were, and then was very aware in making sure our needs were met while looking at homes. Her knowledge of real estate, flexibility in scheduling, professionalism, promptness in communication, honesty, and thoroughness every step of the way, from searching to finally moving in, was something we really appreciated and benefited from. We are so thankful to have had Anita by our side on this journey!

Anita has helped me both buy and sell my first home and both experiences have been great! The purchase of my first home was only possible because I had a real estate agent who went to bat for me and kept applying herself to express my interest in the property. Eventually the buyers replied and we were able to negotiate a sale! If you want an honest real estate agent, who explains the procedure as it happens, goes over the documentation with you so you understand what you are signing, is prompt, cheerful and responsive, Anita is your agent!

Anita did a great Job. We listed our house on a Monday and we were show offers on Tuesday which we accepted one that night. We received a great price for our house and it had a short turn around. Anita did a great job of staging and showing the house during this Covid-19. We would recommend her to anyone that needs to sell their house, she knows the market very well and will get you the best price for your house.
