Anita Van Rootselaar and the Guelph Area Living (@guelpharealiving) team helped my wife and I find our dream condo right in downtown Guelph. Working with Anita was a amazing, stress free, and seamless process. She talked with us extensively taking the time to understand exactly what were were looking for. Whenever something came on to the market, we were the first to know! Once we found the perfect place (The River Mill and River House condos are amazing...check out the views!) she helped us with everything. The offer process was straight forward and although it took some time and effort on her part, we secured the condo for a great price!! After that, She helped me stage and list my old place (at the Mill Lofts in St Patrick's Ward) on the market. By the time she was finished I almost didn't want to sell! Thankfully she was able to find a great buyer and I received a very good price for my previous condo. Such a great process. The new Tricar condo checks all our boxes. I know the sunset on the balcony is great, but now going out is easy! We can now walk right down McDonnell St for dinner at one of Guelph's great local pubs, or spend the night out at a Storm OHL game! Catching a show or performance at the River Run Center is a breeze as its right around the corner. She found us a spot right in the heart of Guelph. We can't wait to take the train to Toronto for the weekend as that is also just steps away. I would say that Anita takes the time to learn about you and understand your needs. That combined with her extensive knowledge about the Guelph and area housing market, make her a champion in her field and someone you definitely want working for you! Thanks for all the great work Anita/Remax and thank you even more for the amazing condo!
