I would highly recommend Andy to sell your home in Langley. Our house was just sold and everything went very smoothly, from the negotiation phase all the way through completion. I had checked with another Realtor before going with Andy and I felt his evaluation price of my home was low by $200,000.00 and had I gone with this other Realtor I would have left a lot of money on the table. Andy knows his territory well and has a great grasp on what a property should sell for at any given time in Langley. Because of his knowledge I ended up with a much better deal on my property sale.
