Andy was on top of everything with this purchase and it was lucky he was. We ended up having difficulties with the purchase and Andy got us there and gave us the right advice just in the nick of time to ensure we were aware of the property condition prior to going ahead with the purchase. I would highly recommend Andy to sell your home in Langley. Our house was just sold and everything went very smoothly, from the negotiation phase all the way through completion. I had checked with another Realtor before going with Andy and I felt his evaluation price of my home was low by $200,000.00 and had I gone with this other Realtor I would have left a lot of money on the table. Andy knows his territory well and has a great grasp on what a property should sell for at any given time in Langley. Because of his knowledge I ended up with a much better deal on my property sale.
