Having had a very positive experience with Andy the Realtor in finding and purchasing our home in Fort Langley (over 20 years ago!), and knowing he has had his finger on the pulse of the market, now joined with his wife Nina, we were confident on using their services in what turned out to be a pretty odd time in the house market. They set up a great listing profile complete with drone video footage and professional floorplan that really showed off our older home in a positive way. They followed up helping us understand how the market has evolved, its challenges and encouraged us through a very slow period of inactivity, culminating in a couple of great offers and a small bidding war getting us our desired price (probably more than either of us expected). Andy was on top of everything with this purchase and it was lucky he was.
