Andrew is very committed to his work, and he has always treated us like gold.

Andrew helped us buy our first home and most recently helped us through the stressful situation of buying and selling with two small children. His warmth and honesty through every step of the process made us feel like we were a team working together. He was always available to talk through the details or calm us down. We managed to buy our second home in our ideal neighourhood which meant having to sell our first home quickly. Andrew took care of all the details and within two weeks we had a sale with multiple offers! We really appreciated his thoughtfulness and realistic outlook, as well as his attention to detail. He was sensitive to all our needs, always professional and extremely hard working. We couldn’t have made it through the process without him!

Andrew helped us buy two properties in the Toronto area and his service was superb each time. He took the time to make sure he knew exactly what we were looking for (he even asked us some questions that we hadn't thought even to ask ourselves). That extra effort paid off. Andrew showed us only relevant properties and never wasted our time. We never felt any pressure from Andrew to buy. He was much more concerned in making sure we found the right property for our needs. When we found the right property, Andrew impressed us even more. He has an uncanny knack for determining what price we could get a property for. I'm not quite sure how he does it, but both times he was right on the money. I have already and continue to happily recommend Andrew to all my friends.

Andrew came recommended by a friend, and far met our expectations of an agent. He clearly outline and discussed a plan we could all agree to. Andrew exceeded our expectation with respect the presentation of our home. He walked us through a quick and easy sale. We plan to work with Andrew again for our next real estate move! and would recommend him to our friends and family.

Andrew Beveridge is responsive, kind, extremely professional, knowledgeable and was overall great to work with. He followed up after I took possession of my property to check in and to ensure that I was enjoying my new home. I had a couple a issues emerge after the closing and he was a great resource and sounding board. He also gives great gifts! I would absolutely work with Andrew again.
