Mr. Beveridge was extremely helpful in the sale of our Etobicoke condo and the purchase of our Etobicoke house. He was able to sell our condo for over what we were looking for and purchase our house for well under asking. Overall a very enjoyable experience. <p>We are renting an apartment in the downtown area. Our real estate agent, Andrew, conducted himself in a most professional manner throughout the renting process. Specifically, he researched the market and recommended an asking rent price that was higher than our expectations but proved very reasonable in retrospect, he made sure our property is clean and presentable for visitations, advertised the property in the right venues and arranged for visits. We had 5 offers in 3 days, all at the asking price or higher, and rented within a week. Andrew helped us make up our minds about which offer to accept by researching the prospective renters and recommending which offers seemed strongest.</p>
