<p>In the challenging and downright hostile environment that is the Toronto Real-estate market, my family and I placed our trust in Andrew and were right to do so. Andrew worked tirelessly to get us all the information that we needed so that we could make informed decisions on the properties that we desired.</p> <p>Andrew also poured in his own resources to ensure the success of the sale of our home knowing that he did not have to but understanding that in today's climate of competitive housing, it would guarantee the best possible outcome for us.</p> <p>We all know, or SHOULD know that the workforce of real-estate agents has increased over the years as a result of "part time" or "fly by night" agents that work on a temporary basis looking for the proverbial "quick buck" in this explosive housing market. <p>Andrew helped to make the process of selling our condo in Toronto easy and convenient. Although, I'm sure we could have added some stress into his life when getting ready to list, he handled it with class and customer service front of mind. We ended up closing within the range he estimated for sale and over $30k more than we even expected.</p> <p>Andrew is the only agent I could imagine using or referring to in the GTA. Now only if you could work in London :)</p>

<p>Andrew Beveridge is very savvy about home sales and has a fantastic team of professionals that he works closely with at a reasonable cost, who can make a property shine for prospective home sellers. For instance, I didn't understand the importance of staging a property for sale until working closely with Andrew and his team. Any skepticism I had melted away when I saw the finished product, and then my property sold in 24 hours. Needless to say I'm a believer in his process now.</p>
