<p>As a first-time home buyer, Andrew provided me with in-depth knowledge about the neighbourhoods I was interested in. Based on the budget I have as a single person entering the condo market in Toronto, he was able to help me find the best nest egg possible. Now almost 4 years in, I could not be happier with my purchase! I have come to realize his past experience working with property managers and condo developers across the GTA was invaluable in making my choice. He advised me which buildings I could trust and sure enough, my day-to-day dealings with property management are exceptional. The building security and 24-hour concierge proved to be more useful than I first thought, and the facilities including an outdoor pool and gym are amongst the best in the city. I saved on a gym membership by moving in here! The building also has a strong community so I feel safe as a single woman living here. I highly recommend Andrew for your first home purchase!</p>

Andrew provided me with a wonderful experience when I sold my condo. It's a very emotional thing to do, especially when it's your first home. He was always aware of the emotions that came with selling and he made me feel comfortable the whole way through. I think he's the best. I'd use him again without question. In fact, if we do move back to Toronto, I'll be counting on him to help us find a new home. :-)
