Andre was very clear about how he would contact us and followed through with texts, emails, and phone calls. When we found a house we liked, he did thorough background check and shared the pros and cons of that property. When we finally found the one, he was diligent with the sellers and got us a fair price. We were always well informed and Andre patiently guided us through the process of selling and buying our homes. Five words to describe Andre- Personable, honest, diligent, thorough, and accessible. If I have to seek again, I will be calling Andre Ferris.

We found with our Real Estate Agent Andre Ferris, was the best choice based on the investment he made into selling our property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how he promotes his listings. The Ferris Group Real Estate TEAM stood out as the best Durham region has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Andre and met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that the age of our house and the market slowly heading downward, that we may not achieve the price point we were looking for or it would have been tough to sell. Andre made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs and videos taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Our house sold in the first week at $71k over listing price. We accepted the offer and Andre, who continued to be professional, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly guided us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. We've recommended Andre Ferris from The Ferris Group Real Estate Team to everyone we know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. We realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but we think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

I have tried 3 times previous to sell my home. Each time was unsuccessful. I was dreading another attempt. Andre made all the difference. He found a great home for my children to rent and then dug in to bring my home into perfect condition for sale. He, personally cleaned, repaired, raked, mowed and held my hand through the entire experience. He transformed my house into a sparkling gem. The end result was 175,000 over asking. It has been the highest price on the street and my neighbours are delighted with the property value increase. Nobody works harder or smarter than Andre.
