<p>Andre and Jason were very helpful. Advised us about staging and ideas about who to ask for advice. Jason and Andre gave us a great market evaluation and what we could ask for in the pricing of the home. If we had any questions or concerns, we could always rely on Jason and Andre for a prompt response. They make you feel like you have no worries about the outcome and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an agent. They do not look down on you or make you feel uncomfortable about your home. If I were looking for another home or cottage I would give Andre and Jason a call.</p>

<p>Andre and Jason were the most responsive and attentive real estate agents we have ever dealt with. They were always available, and they were of great assistance in getting our condo ready for sale, from recommending things that needed doing, to their great stager, to de-cluttering advice. They are very pro-active with marketing and they use social media really well. They have a very innovative and hands-on approach which we found most refreshing and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.</p>

Andre always kept me informed throughout the purchase of my home. He was very professional at viewings, knew what he was talking about and always looked for key things during showing. I would strongly recommend Andre to anyone looking to purchase a home. Although the house I was interested in isn't anywhere close to his location , he did not refuse to help me.</p>

<p>Got us exposed to a lot of properties. Took time to understand our must haves and nice to haves. Pointed out where potential repairs could be required and therefore budgeted for. Things, I would have missed. Helped us visualize how we would actually use various properties, causing us to eliminate some. Great job at presenting our offer. Helped us arrive at a realistic offer. Gave us a feeling of confidence thru out the process that they new what they were doing and that they wanted the best for us.</p>
