<p>Andre and Jason were the most responsive and attentive real estate agents we have ever dealt with. They were always available, and they were of great assistance in getting our condo ready for sale, from recommending things that needed doing, to their great stager, to de-cluttering advice. They are very pro-active with marketing and they use social media really well. They have a very innovative and hands-on approach which we found most refreshing and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.</p>

<p>Andre has been a great agent to work with. He never left me hanging for an answer. He has been quick to respond to any matter, early in the morning or late at night. Andre always kept me informed throughout the purchase of my home. He was very professional at viewings, knew what he was talking about and always looked for key things during showing. I would strongly recommend Andre to anyone looking to purchase a home. Although the house I was interested in isn't anywhere close to his location , he did not refuse to help me.</p>

<p>Got us exposed to a lot of properties. Took time to understand our must haves and nice to haves. Pointed out where potential repairs could be required and therefore budgeted for. Things, I would have missed. Helped us visualize how we would actually use various properties, causing us to eliminate some. Great job at presenting our offer. Helped us arrive at a realistic offer. Gave us a feeling of confidence thru out the process that they new what they were doing and that they wanted the best for us.</p>

They took all our needs and concerns very seriously and were always available for any questions we had. They turned a stressful transition into a very calm and exciting experience!! We would highly recommend Andre and Jason to anyone and would definitely use them again. In fact my 14yr old son has kept there business card in his wallet and is determined to use them when the time comes!
