<p>I will start by saying that Jason and Andre Ferris exceeded my expectations for what a real estate agent does. I feel like they went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and our minds were put at ease. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an agent!</p> <p>Originally, my husband and I thought we'd just "take a look" at houses and went to a few open houses to see what was out there and what we'd be able to afford. We met many real estate agents during this time as we did not yet have representation and we left many houses worried about who we'd find to help us. Then we met Jason. Right from the start he was very helpful and supportive. His experience and patience came through immediately and we knew we'd be contacting him to help us in our search.</p> <p>We started our search in September 2015 and Jason was able to guide us through all our concerns as first time home buyers. He was honest, knowledgeable, and encouraging as we searched for our home. We had a couple offers that didn't pan out due to bidding wars and Jason was there to ensure we didn't get too emotional and offer outside our of means/worth of the house. We trusted his opinions and judgement and in the end we found our perfect place just 2 months after starting our search.</p> <p>I am the type of person who likes to know everything - and I'm sure I asked a million and one questions. Jason answered each one and he never made me feel like I was being a bother. We've had our home now since the end of January and I'm still asking questions that he's happy to answer.</p> <p>After the amazing experience looking for and finding our home, Jason continued to check in to make sure we were settling in. When he came by the house to check in I thought it would just be a quick hello, but he walked around the house with me to make sure everything looked good. Any concerns I had at the time were addressed as well and he provided advice on how to fix small problems that came up.</p> <p>Although we primarily dealt with Jason, we did chat with Andre a few times and received advice and guidance from him as well. It is very clear that these two bothers know what they are doing! I would highly recommend them both to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent. Here you get not only one amazing agent, but a team of brothers that will do all they can to ensure you are well taken care of.</p>

<p>My husband and I would like to begin by extending our sincere thanks to Andre and Jason Ferris. Together they helped us find and purchase our first home. Recently we decided to begin educating ourselves with the first steps to becoming home owners as neither of us currently were. Having very little knowledge where to begin and who to trust, we assumed this would be a long and painful process. We were beyond lucky when the Mortgage Centre pointed us in the direction of the Ferris Brothers. After doing a little research of our own we decided to move forward and contact them via email. Just a few short hours later we received a response and the process was well on its way.<br /> Andre and Jason made this process incredible easy, obtainable and stress free. It took no time for both my husband and I to feel comfortable. So comfortable, at times we forgot we only met shortly ago. We no longer looked at them as "just" our realtors. It was as if we were looking at homes with a really good friend. They had learned about us, the kind of people we are and what we were looking for. We developed a comfortable and trusting relationship. We looked to Andre and Jason for their knowledge, experience, and expertise but also we looked to them for a friends perspective and opinion. They were upfront and honest with information and helped us be competitive with our offer. Without this we would not have gotten the first home we put an offer on, especially with the housing market being as intense as it currently is. To make the experience that much easier, Andre and Jason did not quit once the offer went through and the papers were signed. Questions or confusion that arose before we took possession of the house or even since we've moved in they were there to assist or point us in the right direction for resolution. Although we have no intention of moving anytime soon should we require a agent in the future we will be sure to call upon them once again. In the meantime we will continue to pass their contact information along to others so they can get the same satisfaction.</p>

<p><br /> As I had not been in the housing market for many years, this was a process I was not looking forward to. Andre Ferris was recommended to me and I arranged for a meeting to see if he would be compatible to work with. After a meeting and brief walk through of my home suggesting "DO's and Don'ts" for the sale I was so comfortable with his advice and professionalism and knew immediately that we were on the same page.<br /> Andre kept me informed every step of the way through text, email and/or phone and my anxiety level during this process was definitely kept to a minimum.<br /> As with any property sale, "its not over till its over". The final day of the condition to be lifted and I received that dreaded phone call that the sale would not be completed. Much to my dismay, I was very upset and did not look forward to another open house and starting all over. Andre assured me not to worry and within an hour he had contacted the "runner up" that had put in an offer. Long story short, the house had a "SOLD" sign on it by dinner time that evening and I still got 11% over my asking price. :) .Andre continues to contact with little appreciation tokens and touch base occasionally to see how things are. Needless to say I am Very very happy and Satisfied with Andre "Ferris Brothers" and would and have recommend them to everyone and anyone.<br /> Thank you sooo much Andre!!!<br /> Cathy</p>

<p>Andre Ferris was very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of selling my home. Having no experience myself in the process of selling a home Andre was very patient and understanding of any questions that I presented to him.He explained every step and had all areas covered.I felt very confident having the Ferris brothers sell my home and would recommend them strongly.My neighbour's also commented on how impressed they were with their contact with Andre and would definitely consider using them in the future in selling their home!</p>

<p>Andre and Jason were approachable, friendly and knowledgeable right from the start. We initially thought it might be some time before we bought our new home but the Ferris Brothers were patient and understanding and worked with our pace. We felt at ease after our first meeting with them. The marketing strategy they offered to help sell our home was appealing and effective and led us to sign on with them. Andre was helpful, resourceful and provided a comprehensive market analysis for our home. Jason was ready and patient with showing us potential new homes in our desired areas. He was quick to point out helpful information in looking for a home. We found our new home earlier than expected but they guided us through the home buying experience efficiently. Andre was professional and supportive in presenting our offer for our new home and it paid off. We had some work to do to get our home ready for sale and the Ferris Brothers provided us with professional staging advice, professional photography, professional reccomendations, suggested improvements to invest in to attract buyers and were available along the way with answers to any questions as needed. Our house was sold within a week at above asking due to their sound advice and marketing strategy! This team has a committed, resourceful and professional work ethic and won't disappoint!<br /> We wouldn't hesitate to use the Ferris Bros. again and would recommend Andre and Jason Ferris for all your real estate needs.<br /> Many thanks, Heather Holden and Paul Murray</p>

<p>Under stressful circumstances Andre and Jason went above and beyond in helping us with our move. They were always available when we needed them and at our doorstep. I can't wait for my kids to use them in their new homes in the near future.</p>
