Amanda exceeded all expectations as our realtor. She gave it 110%since the day we contacted her to help us fine our prefect lake cottage. She took all of our property desires seriously and only showed us cottages that checked all of our boxes. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole process effortless. We found the property and closed the deal within a couple days!

I would highly recommend Amanda Olivari. We didn't live in Edmonton, so were coming in for a few days to look at houses. Amanda had previously sent me listings to narrow down the search, when we arrived we viewed almost 40 houses lined up in several communities. Amanda was extremely organized and super efficient to guide us through all the viewings while keeping us fed and hydrated. It was fun. We chose the 2nd house we looked at and Amanda professionally negotiated the purchase efficiently and enthusiastically while keeping us informed through the entire process. Once we bought the house Amanda continued to support us with a few renovations that we were doing from a different city. We are very happy with our purchase and Amanda was amazing. Highly Recommend!
