About Amanda Olivari
Amanda Olivari:
A genuine and personable out-of-the-box thinker.
Amanda Olivari decided to become a REALTOR® after owning and selling her retail business for over 10 successful years. She loves creating long lasting relationships with her clients by helping, guiding, and supporting them in one of the most exciting times of their lives --- buying or selling a property.
“My hope is to have a wide variety of clients, whether new to Edmonton, growing families, or downsizing. I think all will have wonderful and exciting stories to share and I hope to learn from each of them.”
Amanda puts her clients’ needs first over her own. She’s very organized and is excellent in managing her time. Communication is her forte and she loves being with people, learning their stories.
Amanda is not new to real estate. She has a lot of insider knowledge of the trade especially after completing an infill in the Crestwood area. She knows how to make your house a home and she can’t wait to tell you everything about it!
Her colleagues would often describe her as someone who’s willing to go the extra mile. Amanda is a team leader, willing to learn, detail oriented, helpful, and caring. She’s easy to work with.
It’s easy for you to trust Amanda. Her genuine interactions and personable character will make you feel comfortable when you are working with her.
Prior to being a REALTOR®, Amanda owned a children’s clothing boutique. Born and raised in Edmonton, she's was involved with her long running family business from an early age. Because of this upbringing, providing excellent customer service is natural to her. Owning her own business moulded her into an out-of-the-box thinker and a problem solver.
In her spare time, Amanda loves spending time with her family and friends. She loves experiencing all that YEG has to offer whether it is the amazing Farmers Markets or trying out the newest restaurants. She enjoys gardening and walking the family dog in the beautiful neighbourhoods of the River Valley. She sits on the parent council at her children's school, volunteering as a fundraiser coordinator. She has also been highly involved in supporting WinHouse in the past by sitting on the fundraising committee and organizing their annual golf tournament.
Aside from home design and decorating, Amanda has a passion for learning. She loves trying new classes offered in YEG, experimenting with new meals, and baking for the holidays. Amanda also enjoys reading fitness, food, and decorating magazines. She loves keeping up on the current trends.
Amanda received her education from NAIT under the Business Program. She was also a recipient of the Award-Sizzling 20 under 30 for Amy Lou Boutique – Edmontonians Magazine.
