We truly could not have sold our condo without the help of Amanda. Even though the spring market has been quite busy, condo sales have still been difficult. Her professionalism and expertise helped our unit garner multiple showings in the first day on market and the right buyer was found in just over a week! Over the last two years we have felt a lot of uncertainty around how the selling process would go when we planned to list our condo this spring and Amanda was very optimistic and helped to relieve any stress. When we first started exploring agents, it was very apparent as a first time home buyer how professional Amanda was. If you want someone that puts the client first, she’s the one.
