Amanda is an amazing real estate agent who was extremely patient and was probably the best person to work with as a first time home buyer. She was so informative and really gave us the entire picture for the house buying process as well as the current market we are in. Amanda is professional, informed and sets the bar so high for other agents that I am afraid nothing short of "exceptional" will ever cut it again from a real estate agent. I bought a house with Amanda as my agent and it is a good thing she was there to steer me in this journey: I told her my life situation, my kids needs and what I was looking for but it is pretty hard to filter things out when looking online. Amanda was patient and professionally insistent to show me options that she believed would suit my needs. Alas, she was wonderfully correct and I am happy I listened to her and went to look at what she thought would suit my needs, location and budget. She communicated very well, on time, never pushy, and she applied the right amount of "urgency" when needed. The biggest thing that surprised me was how well she listened - so I guess the lesson here is to be honest and upfront about what you want. I was looking for a small renovated house with 3 bedrooms in a very specific neighbourhood and a limited timeframe and Amanda helped me filter out unsuitable houses rapidly. She as well guided me very well in the inspection and offer phase, she knew I had a target budget and negotiated inside that budget. When I took possession of the house she was super again, I felt like I bought a million dollar mansion and definitely felt good about my decision and the whole process. I would say do be honest about what you want and make a short list of important things - I had 3-4 items "must-haves" and she matched them all. So, key points: know what you want, Amanda really listens, then trust her, that's why you are hiring her. Thank you Amanda for helping me find a great home.

Amanda helped us purchase our first home and made the experience seamless and exciting. She was knowledgeable and very helpful and most importantly she was warm and inviting and didn’t make us feel any sort of pressure. She made herself available at all times of the day and never made us feel silly for asking a hundred questions. I recommend Amanda; I know I’ll be using her services again if we ever are in the market!

Amanda was a wonderfully attentive and skilled agent to work with. We were tremendously happy with her positivity, genuine interest in helping us to find our dream home, and patience when we changed our minds (several times) during the process of deciding what we really wanted in a "forever home". Amanda made the process of buying my first home since my divorce stress free and fun! I was pretty nervous and inexperienced going into this endeavor and Amanda took the time to build a relationship, build trust, and build my confidence in what I wanted. She took care of all the details, and was always readily available and knowledgeable. Amanda is kind and genuine but tough if she needs to be. I knew she had my back and am really grateful for that!
