Alex's responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism makes it easy to recommend him. The house we sold was co-owned with 1/2 the house belonging to an estate and both owners living outside Victoria. And there were also other complicated factors. However, Alex was able to provide us with several options and he handled the complexity with ease. We felt extremely lucky to have found him.
