I am in full agreement with all that has been said about Alex. In my history of dealing with him as an out-of-province purchaser he has helped in two negotiations, both involving involving nuances that were not readily apparent until well into the process. He handled himself with professionalism, balance, and acumen, whilst keeping his eye firmly on the goal. In any negotiation it is important that the other side (and their agent) respect the style, knowledge and substance of the person acting for, and representing you. In this case during covid times, his calm demeanour was as important to success as was the price.
