Alex helped me sell my rental property with two rented suites during COVID. Based on that experience, it is my opinion that Alex is a solid, talented realtor - experienced, knowledgeable, excellent communicator and negotiator. I enjoyed working with Alex, I felt comfortable placing my trust in him and I would not hesitate to turn him for my next real estate transaction. I am very happy to refer him to friends, family, and colleagues.

I have had a long-term relationship with Alex as he sold my last house in 2008. He has always been attentive to detail and a great communicator. When COVID-19 hit, he came to the house and did a virtual walk-through and posted it immediately. Alex is a social media maven. He led us through this last escrow with virtually no glitches which I attribute to his experience. I would definitely employ him again on my next transaction.

Alex communicated very effectively with my tenants and addressed any of their concerns promptly. He kept me well informed and returned calls right away. He presented the property well and I would list with him again.
