Albert and his team made our first home selling experience so easy and effortless. Communication with Albert is always professional and transparent. He is easily reachable when we contact him and he is always willing to take the time to answer our many questions. Our initial appointment with Albert was very thorough; he reviewed with us details about our home, neighbourhood and the various factors in the current real estate market that would play a role in how we could price our home. His knowledge and expert analysis on sales trends assured us that we would be able to list our home at a fair price. Albert was very flexible when we discussed with him our ideal timeline for listing. He was able to arrange for home surveying, photography, and virtual tour services to be completed in a very timely manner. Overall, we credit Albert with the very quick sale of our home above asking price. He gave us the option to be informed about the showings of the home. He would provide his insight on both pros and cons of accepting or declining an offer, however we never felt pressured or rushed into any decision. Albert Mah provided the best realtor experience for our first home buying experience. He was always available to answer questions and always provided honest opinions about every viewing.
