I can't say enough about Adam. His property knowledge and dedication to clients is second to none! Each time I would message him to see a property he would get it booked instantly, and no matter how many houses we looked at (which was a lot) he kept the same level of enthusiasm.

We can’t say enough good things about Adam. As first time buyers, the process of finding a home seemed pretty daunting at first, especially in the current market. From day one, Adam offered us patience, attention and guidance, first taking the time to know us and our goals, then explaining his process and how we would be working together to reach those goals. We told him what we wanted, and he assured us that he would help us find it. It was a long process, and not always easy. But most of the time, Adam was able to make it fun. On the days that it wasn’t so fun, and the house hunt was feeling overwhelming, and I was losing steam, Adam took the time to listen to our concerns and reassure that we were still doing all of the right things. And in the end, he was right. We found a house that is entirely perfect for our family and checks all the boxes that we had set out on day one. Yes, Adam is a great realtor. But the trust and comfort we felt, all the qualities that make Adam a great person, are the reasons that I would use him again and absolutely recommend him to anyone. Thanks for all your help, Adam. Truly.

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home and Adam made this experience so enjoyable. First, he will be sure to act as your first line of defense against any unwanted home issues - he is practically a home inspector. There is next to nothing that gets past Adam when it comes to viewing a home. As a first time buyer, we were extremely appreciative of this as unexpected costs are very undesirable. If the roof looked old, if there were issues with the exterior of home, if there were any signs of water damage (which is very common in Halifax), etc. Adam would point it out. Not only did he ensure we well aware of each homes benefits/detractors, but he was extremely enjoyable to work with. Buying your first home can be an emotional rollercoaster and Adam is well equipped to manage any and all emotions throughout the process in a timely and respectful manner.
