Adam was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very patient with us as first time buyers, taking us through many houses over more than a year until we found the right one for us. Through that we never felt an ounce of pressure to make an offer, and he even talked about of a few bad decisions. When we did find the right one he was expert at guiding us through all the steps from offer to closing day. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a place in Halifax.

A lucky referral! When moving from Ontario to Nova Scotia in 2020 with the military we were referred to the Bagogloo office to find us a local agent. And what luck! We got Adam! Because of Covid we were not able to travel to see any of the houses, Adam went to all of the houses that we liked and video called us to show us around the properties! We cast the call to the TV in our living room and sat back while he took us on a tour of each potential house. He was great at pointing out the pros and cons of each one. When we did find the right one, Adam was very knowledgeable with the military requirements for purchasing and everything went smoothly. We bought the house without us ever having set foot in it! And we are still very happy with our purchase almost 6 years later. In addition to this purchase, Adam is always available to answer random real estate questions I think of and email to him. He has even popped in to discuss an additional property we were potentially interested in over a cup of tea and ended up giving purchasing advice to our two young adult children. We are very happy to have Adam as our estate agent!
