First, he will be sure to act as your first line of defense against any unwanted home issues - he is practically a home inspector. There is next to nothing that gets past Adam when it comes to viewing a home. As a first time buyer, we were extremely appreciative of this as unexpected costs are very undesirable. If the roof looked old, if there were issues with the exterior of home, if there were any signs of water damage (which is very common in Halifax), etc. Adam would point it out. Not only did he ensure we well aware of each homes benefits/detractors, but he was extremely enjoyable to work with. Buying your first home can be an emotional rollercoaster and Adam is well equipped to manage any and all emotions throughout the process in a timely and respectful manner.
