We loved working with Adam. He was very responsive to our needs and questions. He listened carefully and very thoughtfully to our interests and needs, and made intelligent suggestions about what we might appreciate - a contribution we found especially helpful as we moved in to Halifax during the pandemic! He was informative about property features and details, helping us understand how the qualities of a build might affect the experience of living there. Every time we had a decision in front of us, he ensured we were considering multiple sides of an issue and keeping both pros AND cons in mind so we could make informed decisions and avoid future regret. He was clearly focused not only on our needs, but on helping us meet them ethically, which we both really appreciated. Finally, he was also easy to talk to. We definitely recommend :)

To say that I am a difficult customer is an understatement. Adam is the most patient agent I could have asked for. He didn't try to rush a sale; rather, he watch me as I turned up my nose at one house after another because they lacked one or more features I considered essential. I was flying back and forth from Toronto in 2017, so I did not have a lot of time. As Adam checked off my requirements, he drove me to the neighborhood where I was most likely find a home that fulfilled my needs. After we signed the contract, Adam drove me to the builder's model home after I flew back from Toronto to choose my finishes. Driving me around was certainly above and beyond the call of duty. Adam even drove me to the walk through just before closing, since I had just flown in from the U.S. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.
