We had a unique situation in that we were looking for a multi-generational property with specific needs. This presented challenges in both location and property layout. Adam listened to our needs and quickly tailored the properties he presented to us to address our family's requirements. Adam made himself available on short notice multiple times to view properties, as we had a two-hour commute each time we viewed a property. Adam was professional and courteous and most of all, he pointed out the flaws and not the glitz in the properties he was showing us, which was tremendously helpful in planning our budget for any upgrades. We, as a family, certainly appreciated Adam's commitment to our needs, and he has risen above any expectation that we had. We were impressed by his vast knowledge of the details of building construction and systems, which was extremely helpful. Adam does right by his clients, and we certainly have no hesitation in recommending him to our family and friends.

I can't say enough about Adam. His property knowledge and dedication to clients is second to none! Each time I would message him to see a property he would get it booked instantly, and no matter how many houses we looked at (which was a lot) he kept the same level of enthusiasm.

We can’t say enough good things about Adam. As first time buyers, the process of finding a home seemed pretty daunting at first, especially in the current market. From day one, Adam offered us patience, attention and guidance, first taking the time to know us and our goals, then explaining his process and how we would be working together to reach those goals. We told him what we wanted, and he assured us that he would help us find it. It was a long process, and not always easy. But most of the time, Adam was able to make it fun. On the days that it wasn’t so fun, and the house hunt was feeling overwhelming, and I was losing steam, Adam took the time to listen to our concerns and reassure that we were still doing all of the right things. And in the end, he was right. We found a house that is entirely perfect for our family and checks all the boxes that we had set out on day one. Yes, Adam is a great realtor. But the trust and comfort we felt, all the qualities that make Adam a great person, are the reasons that I would use him again and absolutely recommend him to anyone. Thanks for all your help, Adam.
