I am an overseas buyer from Hong Kong and has very limited knowledge in Vancouver real estate market. Simon, provides professional expertise and advice in real estate. He provides the latest real estate information, the location, the selling price and also his views and analysis on the listings. He understands my requirements, objectives and try to find the listing which match my criteria. He is also active and responsive to my enquiries. He would keep me updated the progress when the listing is submitted to the owner for consideration. To me, it is a very good experience cause the submission is very different from Hong Kong. The owners here would receive several offers at the same time and you have no idea what they are ( in terms of price, finance and other conditions) and the owner would choose the best offer. It is indeed very important to have someone that you trusted to represent you and make the best offer. I finally purchased one of the prestigous apartment in downtown Vancouver 'Bentley' and is now under rental. The value of the property has risen a lot in this few years. And I would like to thanks Simon for his professional expertise and advice. I would recommend Simon to you if you are looking for someone who is well trusted and can represent you throughout the whole buying/selling process.
