I've worked with Simon for a few times now- first to buy a pre-sale condo, then to sell it, and then to purchase a house in North Vancouver. On all occasions, I could tell he would do his best to research the property so he can give me the most informed advice as possible. He is always very easy to reach and fast to respond.
