Simon went above and beyond throughout our whole home buying experience not only during, but also after the completion date. It was our first time purchasing a home so it was quite a new and stressful experience. However, Simon is always extremely helpful and responsive whenever we have any questions. He took initiative in organizing the cleaning and even cleaned the house himself when the seller's agent made a mess. He would also help fix up the home and test each appliance to make sure it is in working order. He also prepared extra copies of keys and garage openers to ensure every household member had a set. He took his time explaining every detail of the home buying process to educate us and gave us tips as to what things to watch out for in the homes during viewing. We would definitely recommend all our friends and family to Simon in the future. Thank you Simon for helping my fiancee and I in this process of building our first home.

Simon was wonderful. He laid out a plan from the outset of the selling process. Everyone felt 'in control' during the whole time. During the review of offers, the communication was concise and excellent. There was some details after the contract was signed whereby Simon went the extra mile to try and resolve.

Efficient and knowledgeable. Able to respond quickly with information you need. Was present and supportive during the entire pre-sale process. Came to visit after move in as well and provide advice and support even after transactions were finished.
