We cannot be more grateful for Leah's support in helping us buy our house!! Being honest I can say we were probably not the easiest clients to deal with,(bit of an emotional roller coaster). We moved from the mainland and we were downsizing,( leaving our kids and many friends behind) as it has been our dream to give the island life a try. Leah was incredibly patient with us as we looked at many different homes as we were not completely sure what it was we were looking for. Her honesty, professionalism ,communication and knowledge of not only the Comox Valley but the housing market was super helpful. Leah taking us to many different neighborhoods and showing what is available in each was what helped us decide on our home. Leah is kind, thoughtful, and very dedicated to her clients finding just the right place to call home. It was a pleasure working with Leah, who was recommended to me. Her knowledge of the real estate market and helpful advice made the process of selling my house easy. She was always on time and quick in communicating with the updates. She sold my house in record time. Working with her, she makes you feel very comfortable and I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Leah is an excellent Realtor who came highly recommended and I found her to be very professional, but with a personal touch that made so much difference. I had to sell my mother's home after she passed away and Leah was friendly and approachable and helped with many of the other tasks involved in clearing an estate. Leah knows many other professionals located in the area that I needed to get things done, such as for lawn maintenance and plumbing issues and estate contents removal. She looked after getting the house cleaned and did the staging herself. Every time I spoke to her it was always positive and helpful. I would definitely use her services again myself if I have need of someone in the Comox Valley and will recommend her to anyone else that needs a Realtor

Her wealth of experience was evident right from the start. From the beginning stages of determining the listing price and posting the listing, right through to signing the final documents, and everything in between. Her knowledge, experience, and professionalism were evident every step of the way, and we would not have wanted anyone else in our corner guiding us through the selling process. Ours was not your typical property sale. We were selling on behalf of the estate of a loved one who had recently passed away. She showed a great deal of compassion towards us throughout the listing period and was always available to answer questions we had. Shortly after we had accepted an offer, we encountered a flood in the property resulting in an insurance claim. She guided us through the claims process and called on the numerous contacts and contractors she had networked with from her many years in the business. She kept the buyer and their agent informed throughout the restoration schedule, moving the closing date three times, and kept the offer valid for weeks after the initial closing date.
