Leah knows the market and the area very well. She prepped us well with what to expect in terms of the buying process in this very hot market. Leah was also extremely helpful in lining up contractors to provide us with accurate quotes for repairs that were required as a result of the Home Inspection. This was accomplished under tight contractual time restraints and would likely not have occurred if Leah did not have existing relationships with local contractors. Her market expertise and local knowledge were critical to the success of our home purchase in the Comox Valley.
