Leah assisted us with our purchase, using her expertise on all levels throughout the process. We were unsure of what type of property we wanted to buy and she guided and showed us many different options until we found the correct fit. We highly recommend Leah and would absolutely use her for any future property endeavors.

Leah was fantastic! We started talking with her with the thoughts of purchasing a small acreage and through viewing a few we narrowed our search down to larger lots with a detached shop and a fixer upper house. She knows all of the areas in the Comox Valley exceedingly well directing us to places she thought we might like based on our conversations through the day of showings. Once I found a place in Comox, she arranged showings during storm season and after I put an offer in, she was amazing at helping me negotiate through the entire process of buying - even going the extra distance of working with inspectors and researching at regional district to investigate the property’s past. I would highly recommend Leah for any of your real estate needs. She is knowledgeable in the local market, in real estate practices and in reading her customers and their needs.

My agent and I worked via telephone. As I was in another province. I sold my house. Contacted, Leah by phone, as I had met her, a few weeks prior, as I came here to visit Comox,and see houses for sale. I then rushed home put my house up for sale, it sold thank fully quickly. I contacted Leah by phone. She handled everything,on her end. She talked me thru by phone how to do things on the computer, as I am slightly still computer shy. She was amazing. Patient, and very professional. I could not have found a nicer more, helpful amazing person. She was a fantastic teacher. I am very grateful for all her help. We continue to stay in contact with each other. I am very happy with her office staff also. Leah did all the arrangements with home inspection and lawyer for me. She even found me a home insurance company. I am still in awe of her help. I recommend her to everyone. She is polite, friendly, down to earth and very professional.thank you.
