We knew when the time was right that we would be enlisting the expertise of Ralph and the Helping You Move Team. Ralph has always been available to answer any of our questions, and giving us timely and important feedback. His calm approach is backed with expertise that we value and trust. It is because of this and many other things that we felt extremely at ease with Ralph and his team. The end result was the sale of our house which we were more than satisfied with. We love how such a stressful process can be made into a comforting experience. The professionalism and class of Ralph and his team are top notch and we would highly recommend them to anyone. This is the first time I met Ralph, to sell my father's Condo. He explained all that he and his team were going to accomplish in order to sell the Condo at the shortest time and achieve the best price. At this point I was overwhelmed I thought I was hearing and watching an HGTV episode, but no it turned out to be reality. Ralph and his team totally took charge and upgraded the Condo as required including Staging with his own furniture, the finished product was totally amazing. The Condo was sold at an excellent negotiated price over a short period of time. Ralph and his team are very knowledgeable and professional, excellent to work with and achieve perfect results. I would recommend Ralph and his team to anyone looking to Sell their home or just to get future advise.

Ralph and Laura know the Unionville-Markham area well and that meant a lot to me. They not only appreciated and respected the love and care I’ve taken of my home but they ensured the buyers did too. They also understood the value of my street and my unique layout. After 27 years in this home, selling it was an emotional and difficult decision but they made it easier for me as well as every member of my family. He and his team help you through every step of the process (and I mean ever step /stop gap that other agents don’t even consider). If you are having difficulty getting your house prepped for the market, they will find a way to help you get there. If you are not sure if you are negotiating the best offer for the sale of your house, Ralph will give you honest input and information to help you make the decision. He puts in the work to also get you the absolute best price for your home. As well, because of his background, he reads markets with great accuracy. In both sales of my homes, he was correct with how the house would sell. This is even after other agents said that was impossible in their pitches to gain my business.
