Working with Ralph to sell my home was a great decision. He fiercely negotiated a great offer for me and with the closing date I wanted. My work is very busy and I literally passed Ralph the keys and he took care of everything. My home had staging items brought in, a handyman was sent to my home to deal with some minor repairs before listing and Ralph had the windows on my home washed before pictures were taken. I received an offer early on – Ralph advised me not to take it. I am happy that I did wait as shortly after I received another offer that was acceptable. It was definitely worth the wait – Ralph really fought for my money. I absolutely would recommend Ralph to anyone looking to sell their home. My experience was one for the books. Ralph and Peter handled the sale of our Stourfville home in 2017. It basically amounted to white glove service where they do everything they can to help you sleep better at night. From the efficient staging to the effective advertising to the widely attended open house to the final negotiations, they handled it with professionalism all along the way. They were extremely responsive to any text message, email or phone call which is paramount to any relationship. In preparing for the open house, they had very quick access to professionals for touch ups and handyman work that I couldn’t have done myself.
