Extremely impressed by how responsive, caring, helpful and professional Ralph’s team have been in selling our house. From the start, Ralph questioned about our concerns relating to the preparation, staging, and listing of our house and they immediately set about to prioritize and address those needs / concerns head on. His team members worked tirelessly to help with moving, clearing, storing, staging, cleanup, handywork-fixing to ensure the preparation for listing was as stress-free as possible. These efforts meant so much as we had lots to juggle while working full time jobs. Greatly appreciated how they adjusted their process to suit our needs rather than requiring us to follow and adjust to their typical realtor process.

Ralph was great. From the beginning he worked with us to guide us to market and through some challenges when that market got tough. You can tell when someone is good to work with when things aren't easy. Ralph and his team were fantastic all through our sales process and it wasn't easy.
