She lightly staged the vacant property making it more welcoming, then hired a professional photographer and videographer that showcased the property in its absolutely best light, followed by she advertised on Facebook and Instagram continuously about the home, open houses and price adjustments when required. I have, and will continue to utilize her real estate services in the future!
