She showed me some houses, townhouses and apartments in some areas. She helped me to get my first home, my family’s so happy and so am I🎉! We highly recommend this ambitiously young lady! She not only met our expectations, but greatly surpassed them. Oksana was on point with her assessment and recommendations of our property. When we were ready to list, Oksana got word out to her own contacts as well as every platform possible, creating a lot of hype. Within 24 hours she held an open house to bring that hype altogether at once. She very successfully created the perfect storm, having several groups of people all show up together in the first couple of hours, which yielded a Feeding Frenzy of offers. She also had a finance person there in case someone was in need of assistance in that direction. We received offers as high as $14,000 over asking price, which was unheard of for comparable properties. We accepted a cash offer for $12,000 over asking price (no conditions) with a $5,000 cash deposit on the spot that day. Two weeks later we are home free, money in the bank. This young lady's dedication and tenacity combined with her bubbly, approachable, friendly personality is rare and her results speak for themselves.
