Oksana was so knowledgeable and so much fun to work when helping us find our dream home. She was patient with us and a great advocate for our needs in some challenging situations. Oksana Liva ! One of the best realtors in the city. She made the selling process so easy and helped me understand what was happening in every step of the way. Our selling process was more complicated than normal as I had no contact with my Ex who was a co-owner of the property. Oksana helped me in every way to make the selling process a smooth one. She understood the barriers in communication with the co-owner. She went extra miles to facilitate selling, division of household items, and was sensitive to sentimental values of the household items. Oksana went above and beyond to explain the process, suggestions for house improvements prior to posting etc. The night before the closing Oksana even delivered my kid's favourite toys from the matrimonial property to my kids. But this just speaks to her commitment to making sure we were well taken care of. Thank you so much, Oksana!
