Having bought and sold multiple properties over the past several years, we had always felt like we ended up doing most of the agents' job for them - not so with Michele and Bill! Their assessment of the price we could expect to get was spot-on. They had a professional photographer and floor plan creator at the property on the same day that we signed the listing. And their staff kept us informed and were available to answer our questions as the listing went active. Truly the only stress was deciding whether to accept the first offer (on Day 1) or wait for more to come in! Courtney Anglin is highly recommended!
