We had the opportunity to work with Bill and Michelle when we moved here from Ontario. We have bought and sold properties in several provinces but never BC. They helped guide us through every step of buying from differences in construction on Vancouver Island to neighbourhoods to how to navigate an extremely challenging buying environment.
