We just purchased a home in Courtenay after leaving the lower mainland and Michele was our realtor. We definitely needed a little more guidance with where we were looking as we didn't know the area really well beforehand. I honestly can't say enough good things!! Michele and her business partner Bill were absolutely fantastic at every stage in the process, from the initial neighbourhood/home search and viewings to the purchase and dealing with any issues that came up afterwards. Five stars all the way!

Bill and Michelle helped us purchase a new home build over this last year. We worked primarily with Bill and really appreciated his wealth of knowledge about current home systems and construction as well as his advice on navigating the stress of custom building. He was there whenever we needed help and we had a lot of confidence approaching him with a wide range of questions knowing that we would receive honest and thoughtful answers. This team is high integrity, highly supportive and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent realtor in the Comox Valley.

We first worked with Michele 10 years ago when we moved to Courtenay from Ontario. She was awesome then so it was an easy decision to choose Michele and Bill to assist us in helping us not only choose a new house, but to help us sell ours. They not only found our dream home, they sold our home so quickly, making all the pieces come together with what seemed like seamless magic. Bill and Michelle were very helpful with buying our first home in an otherwise difficult market. They took the time to ensure we knew what we wanted in a home and were great at pointing out and educating us about the not so obvious good or bad things about any given house (such a build quality, type of plumbing used, drainage concerns, etc). We also appreciated their patience and complete lack of pressure when it came to choosing houses and discussing offers. We would not hesitate to use their services again!
