Eric has always been courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. We have known Eric for several years and used his services a couple of times, always enjoyed working with him.

Eric was professional in his endeavor to sell our condo. He communicated to us consistently with great detail and care. He provided his time to prepare and be on site for several showings to assist with the sale. He was often providing helpful market sale advice from his personal research and other sales agents perspective. Eric was a pleasure to have assist us with the sale of our condo unit.

Eric was amazing!! Super nice, honest, polite and friendly also very professional and Personable. He made the whole experience of buying a house extremely easy fun and most importantly stress free!!! He actually listened to what we wanted/what we could actually afford and found us a home that fit are wants and needs. We couldn’t be happier!!
