Eric was recommended by a friend and I am happy I took his advise .. although all our communications were long distance but we were still able to list and sell ( at a premium) without any issues due to clarity in communication and swift response time.. Even after the sale he went beyond to advise and recommended movers, cleaners and helped look at properties for us to move in after the sale. Thank you Eric for all your help!

Eric Boyd has been my realtor for a few years now, he facilitated with the purchase of my first property to the sale of that house and the purchase of my second home. He is an OUTSTANDING realtor, with a huge wealth of knowledge and skill set for the market. Eric is one of the best out there and a great Realtor to work with. He is exceptionally skilled in simplifying what can be a stressful process and is very attentive to detail. Eric is great, I 100% recommend him as your realtor.

We don't have enough words to express just how thrilled we have been with Eric. We have had other experiences with agents in the past who have been absent, not punctual, nor represented our best interests and we have gotten burned in the past. Needless to say we were pretty skeptical when we were looking for a real estate agent again but finding Eric has been the best decision we have made and has truly blown us away by going above and beyond. He is incredibly quick to respond, he's always punctual, knowledgeable of the market (past and present) and most importantly - he is a man of integrity. Eric is an honest and strategic realtor. He set realistic expectations and far exceeded them. Our house sold within 24 hours of listing and for more than we could have anticipated.
